Newlin’s Story
Newlin is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of 4Rivers Wealth Management. She advises high net-worth families across the country, with a specialty in helping entrepreneurs and corporate executives manage the complexities of wealth, including global job transitions. Many of her clients also work in the field of media and entertainment.
Driven to fill a need for a hands-on, financial quarter back, Newlin left her job as an Emmy-nominated television journalist to share her expertise in managing multi-faceted compensation structures with highly placed executives. Prior to 4Rivers, Newlin served as vice president and a voting member of the Investment Committee at BPU Investment Management, an RIA based in Pittsburgh, PA. While there, she also founded Women Connect, an initiative driven to help women executives share their experiences with their peers.
In addition to the firm’s leadership, Newlin is a voting member of the 4Rivers Investment Committee and a frequent media contributor.
A frequent speaker, Newlin is a graduate of Ithaca College, where she played women’s lacrosse. She is committed to the financial planning profession and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional who is passionate about empowering others and serving as a mentor to next-gen advisors.
When I’m not at work: I’m playing pickleball, coaching girls lacrosse, hosting spontaneous dance parties with my kids in the kitchen, or enforcing the “homework first” rule.
